Iron Bull Strength warrants that the Product you have purchased for non-commercial, personal, family, or household use from the Website www.IronBullStrength.com is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.Your sales receipt, showing the date of purchase of the Product, is your proof of the item and date of purchase.This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the Product from you. It excludes expendable parts such as paint and finish.This Warranty becomes VALID ONLY if the Product is assembled / installed  / used according to the instructions supplied with the Product. This Warranty becomes VALID ONLY if the Product is purchased from IronBullStrength.com directly. 

WARRANTY SERVICE

To obtain warranty service, you must return the Product to Iron Bull Strength in its original container (or equivalent). You must pre-pay any shipping charges, export taxes, customs duties and taxes, or any other charges associated with transportation of the Product. In addition, you are responsible for insuring any Product shipped or returned. You assume the risk of loss during shipment. You must present Iron Bull Strength with proof-of-purchase documents (including the date of purchase). Any evidence of alteration, erasing or forgery of proof -of-purchase documents will be cause to void this Warranty. This Warranty does not extend to any Product not purchased from www.IronBullStrength.com directly. This Warranty does not extend to any Product that has been damaged or rendered defective; (a) as a result of accident, misuse, or abuse; (b) by the use of parts not manufactured or sold by Iron Bull Strength; (c) by modification of the Product. This Warranty does not extend to any other Product than those indicated by the Lifetime Warranty badge shown on the Product page. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY BODY-SOLID MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BODY-SOLID EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT STATED IN THIS WARRANTY. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY LAW ARE LIMITED TO THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY. NEITHER BODY-SOLID NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

GENERAL WARRANTY

Iron Bull Strength warrants to the original user that the Iron Bull Strength product will be free in material workmanship or defects for a period as specified below from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted on the product.

Lifetime Warranty
Iron Bull Strength will warranty this product from defects in material, functionality and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. “Lifetime” warranty coverage ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product for so long as the original purchaser owns the product, and is non-transferable. Warranty does not apply to barbells that need maintenance.*

Specific Period 
Iron Bull Strength will warranty this product from defects in material, functionality and workmanship for a period of __ years from the date of purchase of the product of the product. FOR ALL WARRANTIES 

* Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Any specific issues regarding an Iron Bull Strength product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

** Warranty against bending does not cover any bar which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping of the bar (i.e., dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a power rack, excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers, excessive dropping with iron plates, excessive dropping on concrete or similar surfaces, and similar usage). Any specific issues regarding an Iron Bull Strength product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We have found that most problems with bars we replace are related to abusive use rather than manufacturing or materials issues.
